To authorize the conveyance of state-owned real 10
estate in Warren County to the Warren County 11
Board of County Commissioners.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO: 13
Section 1. The Governor is hereby authorized to execute a 15
deed in the name of the State conveying to the Warren County 16
Board of County Commissioners and its successors and assigns, all 17
of the state's right, title, and interest in the following 18
described real estate: 19
Situated in Section 5, Town 3, Range 2, Deerfield Township, 21
Warren County, Ohio, and being more particularly described as 22
follows:
Beginning at the centerline of Tylersville Road (County 24
Road No. 57) and the northeasterly corner of said Section 5, and 25
being the northeasterly corner of a 137.504 acre tract recorded 27
in Deed Book 498, page 26, of the Deed Records of said County; 28
thence with the easterly line of said Section 5, south 4° 12' 43" 30
west, 1845.21' to the centerline of Reading Road (U.S. Route No.
42); thence leaving the easterly line of said Section 5 and with 31
the centerline of said Reading Road on the following Two Courses: 32
on a 11459.16 foot radius curve to the right, whose chord bears 33
south 49° 12' 11" west, 147.76'; an arc distance of 147.76'; 34
thence south 49° 39' 00" west, 715.94'; to the real place of 35
beginning for this conveyance; thence continuing along the 37
centerline of said Reading Road, south 49° 39' 00" west, 38
1100.00'; to the southerly corner of the said 137.504 acre tract 39

recorded in Deed Book 498, page 26 of the Deed Records of said 40
County; thence with the westerly line of said 137.504 acre tract,
north 4° 24' 39" east a distance of 400.62' to a found stone at a 42
corner of said 137.504 acre tract; thence with the line of said
137.504 acre tract south 89° 00' 18" west, 265.88'; to a set iron 43
pin; thence north 4° 27' 50" east, 1366.92' to a set iron pin; 44
thence north 78° 16' 54" east, 621.07' to a set iron pin; thence 45
south 85° 32' 10" east, 220.00' to a set iron pin; thence south 46
40° 47' 57" east, 343.38' to a set iron pin; thence south 11° 18' 47
42" west, 497.24' to a set iron pin; thence south 24° 39' 00" 48
west, 280.00' to a set iron pin; thence south 40° 21' 00" east a 49
distance of 200.00' to the real place of beginning, containing 50
33.9304 acres, according to survey dated March, 1978, by Terry N. 51
Kohler, Registered Surveyor No. 6364.
Subject to legal highways; building and zoning ordinances; 53
easements, conditions, and restrictions of record; and taxes and 54
assessments due and payable in June, 1979, and thereafter. 55

Section 2. Consideration for conveyance of the real estate 60
described in Section 1 of this act is the mutual benefit accruing 62
to the state and Warren County by enabling the Warren County 63
Board of County Commissioners to expand county services to 64
residents of Warren County.
Section 3. The conveyance of the real estate described in 66
Section 1 of this act is subject to the condition that the Warren 68
County Board of County Commissioners shall continue to own and 69
use such real estate described in Section 1 of this act solely 70
for county purposes.
Section 4. The Warren County Board of County Commissioners 72
shall pay the costs of the conveyance of the real estate 73
described in Section 1 of this act. 74
Section 5. Within one year after the effective date of 76
this act, the Auditor of State, with the assistance of the 77

Attorney General, shall prepare a deed to the real estate 78
described in Section 1 of this act. The deed shall state the 79
consideration described in Section 2 of this act and the 80
condition set forth in Section 3 of this act. The deed shall be 81
executed by the Governor in the name of the State, countersigned 82
by the Secretary of State, sealed with the Great Seal of the 83
State, presented in the Office of the Auditor of State for 84
recording, and delivered to the Warren County Board of County 85
Commissioners. The Warren County Board of County Commissioners 86
shall present the deed for recording in the Office of the Warren 87
County Recorder. 88
Section 6. This act expires one year after its effective 90
date.
