A BILL

To make operating appropriations for the biennium

beginning July 1, 2009, and ending June 30, 2011,

and to provide authorization and conditions for

the operation of state programs.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. It is the General Assembly's intent that operating	5
appropriations be made for the biennium beginning July 1, 2009,	6
and ending June 30, 2011, and that sections of the Revised Code be	7
amended, enacted, and repealed to provide authorization and	8
conditions for the operation of state programs.	9
