A BILL

To enact section 5.074 of the Revised Code to

designate the Ohio Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Park

in the Village of Clinton, County of Summit, as

the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Park for the state

4

of Ohio.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.074 of the Revised Code be enacted	6
to read as follows:	7

Sec. 5.074.  The Ohio Vietnam veterans' memorial park located	8
in the village of Clinton in Summit county, with its black granite	9
wall listing the names of the natives of this state who gave their	10
lives during the Vietnam war, is designated as the Vietnam	11
veterans' memorial park of this state.	12
