A BILL

To enact section 5533.785 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of State Route 528 within

Geauga County as the "Sgt. Sean Landrus Memorial

Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.785 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.785.  That portion of the road known as state route	7
number five hundred twenty-eight, commencing at the intersection	8
of that road and United States route number three hundred	9
twenty-two in Geauga county and extending in a northerly direction	10
to the boundary of Geauga county and Lake county, shall be known	11
as the "Sgt. Sean Landrus Memorial Highway."	12

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	13
along the highway indicating its name.	14
