| To enact sections 5533.625, 5533.626, and 5533.688 of | 1 |
| the Revised Code to designate in Stark County the | 2 |
| "First Lt. Ashley White-Stumpf Memorial Highway," | 3 |
| the "Sgt. Michael Barkey Memorial Highway," and | 4 |
| the "Captain Daniel Stiles Memorial Highway." | 5 |
| Section 1. That sections 5533.625, 5533.626, and 5533.688 of | 6 |
| the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows: | 7 |
| Sec. 5533.625. That portion of the road known as state route | 8 |
| number forty-four, running in a northerly and southerly direction | 9 |
| and located within Marlboro township in Stark county only, shall | 10 |
| be known as the "First Lt. Ashley White-Stumpf Memorial Highway." | 11 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 12 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 13 |
| Sec. 5533.626. That portion of the road known as state route | 14 |
| number twenty-one, commencing at the intersection of that route | 15 |
| and Arcadia street and proceeding in a southeasterly direction to | 16 |
| the intersection of that route and Butterbridge road in Stark | 17 |
| county only, shall be known as the "Sgt. Michael Barkey Memorial | 18 |
| Highway." | 19 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 20 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 21 |
| Sec. 5533.688. That portion of the road known as state route | 22 |
| number six hundred nineteen, commencing at the boundary of Summit | 23 |
| and Stark counties and proceeding in an easterly direction to the | 24 |
| intersection of that route and Kaufman avenue in Lake township in | 25 |
| Stark county, shall be known as the "Captain Daniel Stiles | 26 |
| Memorial Highway." | 27 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 28 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 29 |
