To prohibit spending American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funds on signs that identify the source of specific project funding. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. No recipient or distributor of funds received under the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009," Pub. L. No. 111-5, 123 Stat. 115, shall spend such funds to purchase, produce, erect, or maintain signs identifying the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as the source of specific project funding. |
