A BILL
To enact section 5533.333 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of State Route 44 as the "Sgt.
Jeremy Murray Memorial Highway."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.333 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.333. That portion of the road known as state route
forty-four, running in a northerly and southerly direction between
county road eighteen in the municipal corporation of Rootstown and
Waterloo road in the municipal corporation of Randolph, shall be
known as the "Sgt. Jeremy Murray Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
