To enact section 5537.011 of the Revised Code to prohibit the sale, lease, or other disposition of the Ohio Turnpike.

Section 1.  That section 5537.011 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5537.011.  No turnpike project or interest in any part of a turnpike project is subject to sale, lease, or other disposition by any state agency or person other than by the turnpike commission as specifically provided in this chapter. No state agency shall take any action to sell, lease, enter into a contract for the operation of, or otherwise dispose of a turnpike project or interest in any part of a turnpike project, or otherwise transfer authority over a turnpike project from the turnpike commission.
