A BILL
To enact sections 5533.625, 5533.626, and 5533.688 of the Revised Code to designate in Stark County the "First Lt. Ashley White-Stumpf Memorial Highway," the "Sgt. Michael Barkey Memorial Highway," and the "Captain Daniel Stiles Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That sections 5533.625, 5533.626, and 5533.688 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5533.625.  That portion of the road known as state route number forty-four, running in a northerly and southerly direction and located within Marlboro township in Stark county only, shall be known as the "First Lt. Ashley White-Stumpf Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5533.626.  That portion of the road known as state route number twenty-one, commencing at the intersection of that route and Arcadia street and proceeding in a southeasterly direction to the intersection of that route and Butterbridge road in Stark county only, shall be known as the "Sgt. Michael Barkey Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
Sec. 5533.688.  That portion of the road known as state route number six hundred nineteen, commencing at the boundary of Summit and Stark counties and proceeding in an easterly direction to the intersection of that route and Kaufman avenue in Lake township in Stark county, shall be known as the "Captain Daniel Stiles Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
