A RESOLUTION
Honoring Rachel Brown on winning the 2010 Ohio Right to Life Oratory Contest.
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to Rachel Brown as the 2010 Ohio Right to Life Oratory Contest Champion; and |
| WHEREAS, A home-schooled student, Rachel Brown is a person of intelligence and integrity, and she has established high personal goals and has worked tirelessly to reach her potential. By placing first at this year's state Right to Life Oratory contest, she has identified herself as a hard-working and conscientious young person; and |
| WHEREAS, Rachel Brown represents all those throughout Ohio who have realized their aspirations, and she can be justifiably proud of her stellar record of achievement. Indeed, she has distinguished herself among a select group of students whose efforts merit praise; and |
| WHEREAS, Undaunted by challenges, Rachel Brown has always pursued her objectives with ambition and persistence, and understandably, her leadership, maturity, and self-discipline have won her a host of admirers. With her vitality, intelligence, and positive outlook, she has set a fine example for her peers; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud Rachel Brown on her personal success and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Rachel Brown. |
