In memory of Cheryl Winkler.
       WHEREAS,  The members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend our sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Cheryl Winkler in their bereavement; and

       WHEREAS,  Cheryl Winkler's zealous love of life and her selfless concern for the welfare of others distinguished her as an outstanding human being and as a leading citizen. A member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 1990 to 2000, she was active with numerous organizations, including the Ohio and Hamilton County township associations, the Diamond Oaks Joint Vocational School Advisory Committee, the Cincinnati Bar Association Auxiliary, and Westwood United Methodist Church, and she was a dedicated and devoted public servant whose exemplary political career is an inspiration for others; and 

       WHEREAS,  Cheryl Winkler's regard for improving the quality of life in our society was clearly evident in her personal sacrifices of time and effort to her family, friends, and community. It is our sincere hope that her memory will be a source of comfort to those who loved and cherished her, including her husband, Ralph, and her two sons, Robert and Ralph. Her untiring efforts earned her respect and esteem of many; and

       WHEREAS,  Cheryl Winkler will long be remembered for her kindness and her unwavering commitment to service. She led a remarkable life, manifesting those virtues we all seek to emulate, and her generosity, talents, and seemingly inexhaustible energy are a pleasure to recall; therefore be it

       RESOLVED,  That we, the members of the House of Representatives of the 129th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, mourn the loss and salute the memory of a truly unique individual, Cheryl Winkler; and be it further

       RESOLVED,  That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the family of Cheryl Winkler.
